With a name like “Americana” we have to take tradition seriously and it really shows in our food. Most of our recipes are family heirlooms that have been passed down in our own families or shared with us by friends and customers. We want you to immediately relate to our food so if you order meatloaf, you can bet it is going to be solid, old school, meatloaf. There is nothing gourmet in our cooking, but there IS tons of flavor.
